1. This trip starts at Hotel Royal on the Park at 10am on day 1.
2. A single supplement is available for all days of this trip.
What to bring on tour:
• Booked and paid E-Ticket, Sturdy walking shoes, hat and sunscreen,
towel and toiletries, warm clothing in winter, water bottle (1.5L),
torch, insect repellent/net, camera and charger, pillow, and sleeping
bag (can be purchased from us).

Fitness Level:
2 out of 5: Two and three day trips that include easy walking.
Maximum Walks: Hikes up to 6-8kms per day. A reasonable level of
fitness is required as there will be some walking to view places
of interest. Suitable for soft adventures with a passion for bushwalking
and exploring. Passengers must be fit and active.
Fitness Ratings:
Alongside every trip we have included physical ratings. These are
designed to give you an idea of how demanding (or not) each trip
is.
1 out of 5: Leisurely paced day trips. Minimal physical exertion
required.
2 out of 5: Two and three day trips that include easy walking.
3 out of 5: Short participatory-level camping trips, walks that’ll
get your heart rate up and extended periods in the elements.
4 out of 5: Fairly basic camping on most nights, limited amenities
and some long (and challenging) walks. A high level of fitness required.
5 out of 5: The hardest of the hardcore. Long trips to remote destinations
with limited facilities. Excellent health and fitness is essential.
Dietary Requirements
Passengers with special meal requirements or food allergies MUST
ensure they or their travel agent inform Intrepid/ATA of this at
the time of booking. Food for the trip is purchased prior to commencement
and special requirements cannot be catered for after departing.
If you have not notified us prior to departure, you may be asked
to pay for any additional food yourself. Due to the nature of our
trips food is basic but plentiful.
We provide the below substitutes, please bring your own staples
if you require specific foods not listed below:
• No Pork (Alternative to Ham provided) • No Dairy (soy milk provided)
• Vegetarian (additional veg and vegie burgers provided) • Vegan
(supply of additional fruit and veg provided) • Gluten Free (cereal,
bread, wraps, pasta, snack bars, sweet and savoury biscuits provided)
• *Religious dietary requirements and specifically prepared/sourced
produce is not able to be catered for.
Itineraries

Travel Insurance
• Travel insurance is compulsory for all international travellers
and should be taken out at the time of booking. We recommend Australian
citizens take out a domestic travel insurance policy which covers
personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage
and personal effects.
Default Pickup Point
• The default pick up point is where we will meet you for your tour,
unless you or your travel agent requests an alternative location
(contact our Reservations team for more information). It is your
responsibility to contact us with your preferred pick up point well
ahead of departure. We do not take responsibility for missed tours
if we have not been advised of an alternative in advance and you
are not at the default location on time.
