Tour Important Notes
1. Day 1 is an arrival day. There is a joining meeting at 2pm today
to meet your guide and group.
2. A single supplement is available for this trip and is applicable
for all nights
3. As this is a combination trip, the composition of your group,
may change on Day 7 in Brisbane.
2. This trip finishes after dinner the evening of day 14. You are
free to depart on a late flight (please check time with us) or anytime
the following day. Please note no accommodation is included on day
14

Fitness Level:
2 out of 5: Two and three day trips that include easy walking.
Maximum Walks: Hikes up to 6-8kms per day. A reasonable level of
fitness is required as there will be some walking to view places
of interest. Suitable for soft adventures with a passion for bushwalking
and exploring. Passengers must be fit and active.

designed to give you an idea of how demanding (or not) each trip

get your heart rate up and extended periods in the elements.

with limited facilities. Excellent health and fitness is essential.
Dietary Requirements
Passengers with special meal requirements or food allergies MUST
ensure they or their travel agent inform Intrepid/ATA of this at
the time of booking. Food for the trip is purchased prior to commencement
and special requirements cannot be catered for after departing.
If you have not notified us prior to departure, you may be asked
to pay for any additional food yourself. Due to the nature of our
trips food is basic but plentiful.
We provide the below substitutes, please bring your own staples
if you require specific foods not listed below:

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is compulsory for all international travellers
and should be taken out at the time of booking. We recommend Australian
citizens take out a domestic travel insurance policy which covers
personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage
and personal effects.
Default Pickup Point
The default pick up point is where we will meet you for your tour,
unless you or your travel agent requests an alternative location
(contact our Reservations team for more information). It is your
responsibility to contact us with your preferred pick up point well
ahead of departure. We do not take responsibility for missed tours
if we have not been advised of an alternative in advance and you
are not at the default location on time.

Accommodation:
Hotel (13 nights)
This is an Original level trip and consistes of a combination
of hotels, private apartments and unique traditional Australian
pub accommodation. All locations will have private ensuite bathrooms
and linen and towels are supplied. Passengers travelling solo will
be paired with another person of the same gender.
A single supplement is also available for those wishing to have
privacy throughout the trip.
